Frequently Asked questions

We’ve got you covered! All 5 Second Rule bracelets are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • If your bracelet breaks within 30 days, submit the Broken Bracelet Replacement Form and we’ll make it right.
  • If it breaks after 30 days, we offer a Restringing Service for a small fee (if no more than 5 beads are missing). Just submit the Restringing Form and we’ll restore it for you!

As a small business, we offer store credit or exchanges only—no cash refunds.

  • Bracelets: Must be returned in the purple bag with product cards.
  • Clothing: Must be unworn, clean, free of pet hair and odors, and have tags attached.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.
  • Fill out the Exchange Form to start your request.

We’re a small business, so we offer store credit or exchanges—no cash refunds. This helps us continue creating inspiring products for our customers!

Our retail store in the Kirkwood Mall will be temporarily closed during January 2026 as we prepare to move to our new location in the mall.

We will reopen on February 1st, and all in-person returns and exchanges from Christmas 2025 may be completed February 1–28, 2026.

Returns and exchanges can be brought into our store during this timeframe. We’re happy to offer in-store credit or an exchange to help you find something you love. Please note: we do not offer cash refunds.
