Returns & Exchanges
At 5 Second Rule Bracelet, we’re here to inspire, motivate, and bring joy. As a small business, we offer store credit or exchanges only—no cash refunds.

Returns:

You may return unworn items in original packaging within 15 days of purchase or delivery. Store credit will be issued for the purchase amount, less shipping and discounts (except for incorrect shipments).

Sale items, clearance, and personalized/engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

Bracelets must be returned in the original packaging.

Clothing must be clean, free of pet hair, odor-free, and with tags attached.

Submit the Bracelet Exchange Form or Clothing Exchange Form within 15 days of receiving your item.
Holiday & Special Promotions

Pam’s Birthday Sale: Exchanges accepted, but the customer covers shipping costs. Consider gifting the item and purchasing a new one to save on postage. Submit the Birthday Exchange Form.

VIP Discounts: All VIP sales are final and not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Holiday Gifts: Purchases made October–December can be exchanged by the recipient until January 31st (no returns).
Damaged, Wrong, or Broken Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, submit the Damaged/Wrong Item Form immediately so we can make it right.
Bracelet Guarantee & Care

All bracelets are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase.

If your bracelet breaks while rolling it on/off within 30 days, submit the Broken Bracelet Replacement Form.

For breaks after 30 days, we offer restringing for a small fee (if no more than 5 beads are missing). Submit the Restringing Bracelet Form.
Additional Notes

All sale items are final.
As a small business, we offer store credit or exchanges only—no cash refunds.

Items purchased at vendor shows or from other retail stores follow their respective policies.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted at vendor shows.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect shipments.
