The 5 Second Rule Gemstone Bracelet

A reminder to act when that little voice in your head says, “I can't.”

Hi, I’m Pam Emmil, a wife, mom, and entrepreneur with a mission to break the stigma of mental illness and addiction. My journey into sobriety in 2018 inspired me to create the 5 Second Rule Bracelet, a simple tool that helps shift negative thoughts into positive action.

What started as a personal tool to manage my anxiety and focus quickly grew into a movement to help others find their inner strength within.

Guided by faith, I turned a single bracelet into a line of inspiring, handmade accessories designed to remind you that you are safe, loved, and capable.

Today, my mission is to help people of all ages embrace mindfulness and self-love, and to wear a reminder that empowers them to face challenges with confidence.

Join me on this journey of finding your inner strength within.

My Family

My WHY

This business has always been a family effort, and I couldn’t do it without them. My husband, Bruce, is my rock—he’s the muscles behind the scenes, setting up and tearing down at vendor shows, always ready to lend a hand.

My daughters, Courtney and Kaitlyn, have been with me from the beginning. They’ve worked vendor shows, labeled products, assembled bracelets, and contributed their creativity and love.

Now, while they both live out of state and continue to offer unwavering emotional support, Courtney has taken on the role of email marketing and graphic content manager for my business. I’m so proud of her journey, and it’s a blessing to now support her as she grows her own business too.

And now, Kaitlyn’s fiancé, Logan, has joined the crew, helping at vendor shows and being the muscles for tear down and set ups and becoming part of our family’s story.

Their love, dedication, and belief in me are why I keep going. Together, we’re creating more than a business—we’re building a legacy of resilience, love, and the message that we all have the power to find our inner strength within.
