Love Reset – Rose Quartz
5-Second Reset Collection
Soft, calming, and beautifully intentional — this bracelet helps you reconnect with yourself in just a few quiet seconds.
The Love reset features 5 Rose Quartz stones paired with our signature Pink Zebra Jasper for a soft blush look you can wear every day.
Use the 5 center stones as your simple reminder to pause and realign when your thoughts start to spiral.
Touch each bead and count backward:
5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
Breathe. Refocus. Reset.
A gentle daily tool to help you slow down and return to the present moment.
“Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14
Each bracelet in the 5-Second Reset Collection is intentionally designed with 5 middle stones to guide you through a simple grounding practice you can use anytime, anywhere.
Whenever your thoughts feel scattered, your stress rises, or you just need a moment to reconnect with yourself, follow this easy pattern:
5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
- Touch each of the five stones one at a time.
- Pause.
- Take a slow, deep breath.
- Let your shoulders relax.
This 5-second reset helps interrupt overwhelm, calm your body, and shift your focus back to peace and gratitude.
A quiet tool you can use at work, school, in the car, during difficult conversations, or anytime life feels a little too loud.
